Xtreme Park Adventures at 7460 Wake Forest Highway, Durham, North Carolina.

I went here yesterday for my birthday , the zip lining was amazing and I’m so happy we decided to stay after the horrible treatment we received when we arrived to the park. I found the park online (google) and revised the website several times, on the webpage it tells you that you are free to just show up to the park for zip lining however they would prefer that you make a reservation so that they may staff appropriately... it does not mention a deposit however when I called to make a reservation for 6 I was asked to pay a $100.00 deposit when I sounded surprised by the request I was told if you don’t want to pay it you can just pay $50.00, because I was not aware I would be asked for a deposit I decided we would just show up to the park, when we arrived I was told by the manager that a reservation was required and we could not zip line , I went on to tell him that the website said they would try to accommodate us as best they could and we were welcome to just show up , his response was “ oh does it say that? Well it says we will try and without a deposit we can’t” the cashier then informs him there is a group with a reservation in 15min and suggested we join them. The manager then told us we could only zip line if we did four or more lines (which we planned to do anyway) we agreed and paid ... we waited for the other group and they never showed ... once we were I to our instructor Christian and pookie the trip was well worth it they were AWSOME ! They made my birthday experience one I will never forget. I suggest however they train their manager in dealing with people!
