I have been taking classes at reCharge for a month and I love the variety of classes. Although, it has only been a short time I am already noticing changes in my body. I love the early morning (5:45am) classes. They allow me to get a good workout in before the day begins. I also appreciate the Saturday evening class (5:00pm). The instructors are great at making sure you are using proper form and I love switching the workout up with the bands and balls. I have already recommend Recharge to my friends and family!
