Lakemoor Apartments at 205 Kent Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina.

When I called the property management office the woman answering the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed that I has any questions about the property and tried to deny the other reviews that are listed here. There was talking and maniacal laughter in the background while we were talking which made me think there are "hoodrats" running the office. I was completely disappointed with the customer service and would NEVER consider living here. FAIL!!!!

The pool is awesome. We were guests there. Needs a supervisor on duty at all times no pool should not be unsupervised. Heard that the pool is closed on weekends because of no supervision, I'll supervise it for a small fee if needed. Other than that i enjoyed the pool can't wait to visit again.

It needs better management. You have to watch out for kids running in and out of he street on nice weather days. At times you smell smoking weed outside.
