Much better location than the carrboro one. But seems this company is "still figuring it out."

4 people working this location. Was asked by all 4 at one point if we needed help. Was almost a little annoying, as we were there for about 15 minutes.

The guy who helped me out at least sounded a little knowledgeable about finding a good shoe fit, but I Was turned off that he seemed very bothered that I asked him to go back to check for another size a few times.

Would advise employees to pull multiple sizes and not just say you don't have a specific sized asked for. It would've saved him the multiple trips.

Never offered to check to see if a different location had my size nor offered to order it online in my size.

Then he completely shut down and was non engaging when he figured out we weren't buying anything.
