Kevin is wonderful - he's nice, comforting (we had a number of different critters around and I was pretty spooked and frustrated), and very knowledgeable and helpful. He responded to my Yelp message within 30 minutes when I initially reached out, and then responded to every subsequent message within in hour at most. He texted when he was on his way, and then was very helpful in identifying potential access routes and then subsequently treating them.

I subscribed to his annual membership/quarterly servicing, and a couple weeks after his initial treatment, saw a few sugar ants in the bathroom. I texted him around 9pm, and woke up to a text that he had sent around 9:30pm later that evening asking when he could come by! He arrived the same day, just in the time frame he indicated, and treated the problem. As before, he was so nice, efficient, and very thorough!

It's amazing customer service all around, and I'd highly recommend him.
