Horrible. Whether it's Debbie Leonard or State Farm, I don't know. But they have withdrawn money from my bank account without my authorization. Their billing is erratic. The amounts I owe on common policies change from bill to payment to notice of cancellation. Really. Notice of cancellation??? I pay monthly, and I have the records to prove it. I am reporting State Farm and Debbie Leonard to the Better Business Bureau. I don't need to be unnerved by their awful Internet WWW payments page, or their harassing notices. I'm fed up. I have been with State Farm for more than 20 years, but 2016 has been a horror show.
