Apr, 19 2019Matthew Vaughn1Worst apartment living experience of my life. Residents are noisy & inconsiderate. Management does not enforce noise ordinances. Grounds are poorly tended and smell of dog excrement. This business is only able to survive because of the penalties it takes from those who can't deal with the stress of living here. This place does NOT deserve your money. Berkshire is a pack of thieves; beware.
