I normally hate gyms and group fitness classes, however I loved both the yoga and bootcamp classes that I took at 2 Sexy Fitness. They were just so welcoming to all fitness levels and body types that I instantly felt at home. A lot of my friends have mentioned that the name of the gym turns them off to supporting them. It's true that it doesn't sound very woman empowering, but it's really just meant as a saying that you can be whatever you want to be. Don't let the name turn you off! You won't regret taking these classes! I started not even being able to hold myself up for a plant to being able to hold a real, full-on plank for 40 seconds after 3 months of bootcamp. It's pretty cool.
