I have been going to this car wash for a while now. No complaints on the machines that manually washes my car, but bring attention to a policy that should change. I have been to several car washes that allows you to receive a rain check. This warrants a re-wash if it rains the next day or within a 24 hour period. All you have to do is present your receipt of purchase. I know this place is fairly new, but needs to take more care of their valued customers.

P.S I always get the managers special which is 20$. Now that I know there is no type of warrant in place that will make me feel comfortable with my purchase, I would be less inclined to spend.
