BB&T at 505 South Duke Street, Durham, North Carolina.

So I was in BB&T on Duke St. in Durham, NC today. I do not have an account with BB&T, so they charged me a $8 fee, which that's ok, it's policy. I understand that, but what i dont understand, the guy ahead of me, same situation, no account, the teller waived his fee. When I asked about my fee being waived I was cutoff very rudely and hurried along. I asked, was it to their discretion who's fee they waived and whos they did not and he blatantly lied to me, told me he couldn't do it. Man, I just saw you do it for someone else. More than anything, lying to customers, account holders or not, is very unprofessional. Very displeased.
